• On January 25th, the U.S. Small Business Administration announced plans to expand the e200 Emerging Leaders executive-level training initiative to eight new cities and communities in 2011.
   
• Also on January 25th, the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Council released its "Health Care Policy Cost Index 2011" report, which ranks the fifty states and District of Colombia according to public policy measures that impact the cost of health care.

• On January 19th, the IRS announced a new IRS tax law research tool.
